    Retooling Information - Please Read

    We are currently working to retool how our crossings are built. We are in the process of acquiring assembly fixtures that will use PC Board Ties at key points to help hold the gauge. If the crossing angle you are looking for is showing out of stock, we have not yet acquired the tooling for that style or code crossing.

    Please contact us if you would like to order any out of stock crossing and we can work with you to fill your order.

    Default Turnout Length 11.16" (283 mm) This is the length of the turnout on custom cut ties. Measured from end tie to end tie.
    Minimum Turnout Length 8.85" (225 mm) This is the shortest possible turnout length. Measured from the end PC board tie to end PC board tie.

    Crossing Details

    Our crossings are professionally assembled on custom jigs using PC Board Ties to hold the gauge at key points. You can order them with or without laser cut crossties added to complete the switch. Most crossings are currently available in Code 100 and Code 83. If you are looking for Code 70, please contact us to discuss your order.

    DCC Compatibility

    All of our crossings are 100% DCC Compatible out of the box. No modifications are needed for these crossings to work with AC, DC, or DCC!
